SGPS or Santai GPS Sdn Bhd is a consultancy company specialises in providing services to training providers and participants in terms of financing , professionally certified programs and market access. Basically what we do is we simplify the nitty gritty details of bureaucracy and marketing by taking over the front end portion of the training business. Hence the name Santai because we make the process as smooth as possible in a precise and structured manner navigating towards the end goal of our customer which is to do business (Thus the name GPS). Much like a company secretarial services or an accounting firm, training provider institutions that provide occupational training and certification subcontract their front end business segment to us to avoid dealing with the bureaucracy, documentation and marketing.

SGPS specializes in the area of high technology and heavy industries professional certification programs for currently working people, retrenched workers, unemployed graduates and future workers who are interested to re-skill, up-skill or multi-skill themselves to pursue or fit into the areas of their interest in the industry.

 

SGPS is basically a one stop centre for the training providers in getting access to the four main markets that any training providers would need to have in order to do business. One could describe us as a Project Management Office which would not be far off.

OUR SERVICES

The services and consulting component that we collaborate are in each of the elements listed are as follows:

 

1.   Training Providers

The training providers which we identify and engage offers professional certification courses based on current industry demand. These training providers are recognized institution by the accredited bodies and have long been in the service.

2.   Financing Providers

SGPS in collaboration with certain financing bodies assist our Training Providers to register their organization and their programs with the funding bodies to get access to training funding facilities. We facilitate the process of documentations, submission, and communication until approval is obtained. We also provide consultation services for preliminary application that would secure their participants an access to the financial institution.

 

3.   Market Access Strategic Partnership

We at SGPS constantly engage with new captive market such as associations via strategic partnership to secure constant potential participants for all our Training Partners. This strategic partnership also ensures variety of take ups on the training programs.

 

4. Placement

Through the same strategic partnership we pair with industry players of which we can secure placements for those who complete their training program and have acquire a particular certification. This way not only will it enhance the credibility of our training providers but also ensuring that the participants we serve gets secured access to a better paying job.
