Program Description:

This training course is designed for both new and existing users of Revit Architecture. Highly suitable for new users who are looking to get professionally certified by Autodesk themselves. As a Building Information Modeling (BIM) capable software, Revit Architecture allows the design of your intended building to be viewed in interactive views, store information, perform material calculations and others.   • Revit Interface, Project Browser, File and Family Types.

  • Placing Walls, Doors and Windows.

DAY 2

  • Creating View.

  • Levels, Callout and Sections.

  • Camera and Elevation.

  • Basic editing Command.

DAY 3

  • Dimension and annotation.

  • Using dimension as layout tools.

  • Floor slab and floor by layers.

  • Splitting floor materials.

  • Pitch drain and shaft opening.

DAY 4

  • Roof by foot print.

  • Sloping Roof.

  • Roof by Extrusion.

  • Roof Dormer.

  • Basic Sheet, Printing and Schedule.

Module 2: REVIT ARCHITECTURE LEVEL 2

DAY 5

  • Creating Ceilings.

  • Creating Ceiling Opening and Soffit.

  • Adding Interior Design.

  • Adding alternate Floor Design.

  • Creating Staircase by Rise/Run.

DAY 6

  • Creating Winding Staircase.

  • Creating custom Railing System.

  • Adding Ramp.

  • Creating Schedule and Tags.

  • Creating Material Takeoff.

  • Creating Key Legend and Import CAD Legends.

  • Keynoting.

DAY 7

  • Creating Details.

  • Adding notes and Blank Drafting View.

  • Duplicating Views and Dependent Views.

  • Creating and populating Sheets.

  • Modifying Viewport and Printings.

  • Creating Rooms and Area Plan.

  • Creating Room Schedules and Color- Fill Plan.

  • Creating Compound, Curtain and Stacked Wall.

DAY 8

  • Introduction to Families.

  • Site and Topography.

  • Phasing and Design Options.

  • Project Collaboration.

  • Autodesk Certified Professional Exam Review.

Exam: Autodesk Certified Professional Exam.

Knowledge in 3D design using 3D software such as AutoCAD.
